S.A.F.E PROGRAM

Clear, Connected Support Pathways

Faith & Recovery Network develops personalized S.A.F.E. Plans to guide faith and community organizations when individuals face mental health or substance use challenges.

Each plan:

  • Includes local, vetted mental health and recovery resources

  • Provides warm transfer support to help connect organizations directly with appropriate services

  • Outlines clear steps for support, communication, and referral

  • Helps organizations respond consistently, ethically, and responsibly

S.A.F.E. Plans reduce confusion in moments of concern and ensure care is compassionate, coordinated, and appropriate without replacing clinical treatment.

Trusted Community Partner Network

Faith & Recovery Network’s Trusted Community Partner (TCP) Network identifies and vets addiction treatment, recovery, mental health, behavioral health, and community-based organizations to serve as trusted resources for faith communities and local community organizations.

By building a reliable network of vetted partners, FRN helps community leaders know where to turn and who to trust when individuals and families need recovery, mental health, or supportive resources.
